What are Psyllium husks?
Psyllium is a soluble fibre which comes from the plant plantain. Psyllium husk is derived from these odourless, tasteless seeds which produces tiny, gel-coated seeds when the husk is swollen in water. Psyllium acts like a sponge, absorbing water and waste material in the bowels and removing it from the body by encouraging evacuation.

Directions for Use
Take one to four capsules daily with meals. It is imperative that these are taken with a glass of water to aid the bulking process.
